July is almost over!!!!

So July is about over and I have not done so well with my blog! Or Journal! Or scrapbooking! Or much of anything else!!!!!! Where does the time go? We had a fantastic 4th of July! I love our little town 4th at the city park! Good food, friends.....So nice to see the Maxwell family!!! I haven't seen Lisa or Jim in few years(other then on Facebook)! Volleyball Coed tournament (I think the boys were a little dissappointed with having to have girls on their team) but such a blast! I Love Volleyball! I could play year round!!!! Fireworks on the football field to top it off with Hansens, Broughs, and Lundells.....Fantastic time! Gives me goosebumps thinking of it! Then the Ute Stampede here in Nephi, I love it! Cowboys, dirt, bulls, sun, horses, parades, cowboys, rodeo burgers, caramel apples, cowboys.....you get the point! This year the kids went up to Kristi and Toms new house(which I Love) and I went with Ashlee & Warren Clark and the Kay Clan! We went to dinner at Mi Rancherito then to the rodeo then to the carnival! A fun time was had by all! Then this past mon. 19th I had front row tickets to Days of '47 Rodeo up in Salt Lake City!Ok so I don't do the rodeo thing much, but I love it! I think that I just haven't experienced it and wow I was blown away by the skills of these cowboys/cowgirls! I had a fantastic time! I went with Dave Haddenham! We are friends and I have recently reconnected with him! It was so fun to be with someone who doesn't judge me, someone I can just talk to! This has been a fantastic month! Kennedy has her first job---snow cone shack!!! I am working a ton! Bailee is the best little helper with Jarrett anyone could ask for! Life is fantastic! The only thing missing is a main man..but Jarrett is my main man for now!! I really do like a guy I had been seeing, but I don't know...not going to rush it!!!! I am a little gun shy, awwwww he is a cutie though! I am working a lot but really starting to get antsy to go to school and get a career! When I have time... :) :) ;)

New Blog look!

So excited for my blog face lift thanks to the gals at cutest blog on the block! I am very excited to start journal my life and thoughts in blog form! I am getting ready to take a nap! Bailee and Jarrett are at Payson Pool with Leanna Lundell! Thanks Leanna, you have so much patience! Kennedy and I went up to get her permit to drive....how scary is that? For me it's scary not just that she will be driving, but that I am old enough to have a daughter that is driving! Unfortunately she didn't pass the written test so maybe next week! shhh...I am secretly glad we get to wait little longer!

Cavo;Lifehouse;Daughtry WOO HOO

Kennedy, Jackson Jones,Kristi and I took off for the E Center in Salt Lake City for the best concert ever! It was absolutely amazing!!!!! I love Lifehouse!!!! Finding JOY again-in music, people, attitude, family, friends, and neighbors! Last night I found JOY in the music and especially the lyrics of the songs! Being with my sis, and daughter was like icing on the cake! Especially showing Kennedy a little taste of the world! It's pretty sheltered (not necessarily a bad thing) in Nephi! I LOVE LIFEHOUSE!!!!! I am soooooo tired and have sore feet from wearing the wrong shoes to a concert!!! And a sore throat from screaming!!!! It was a fantastic day!!!!

And we begin.......

This is my first post!! I guess I will see how this whole blog thing works! Any kid out there that would like to show me how to use a freakin computer is more then welcome to try to put a dent in this stubborn, technologically challenged brain! All of this computer talk is to me like a dog trainer having the dog have a meaningful conversation with him/her!! That is how foreign this is to me...ha ha ha.. well first post is done!!!! Yeah me
